  How to obtain support using the DVS Support System.  
     
 

Domestic Users

 
     
 
If you have a Home Domestic DVS Backup product  you have 3 options to obtain support
 
     
  1. From the Backup Application click on View Logs then select Send Log to tech Support, enter you support problem in the space provided, this will be entered in to the DVS Support system and a DVS engineer will deal with your problem as soon as possible.  
     
  2. Using this support system submit a support ticket entering as much detail as you can, this will be entered in to the DVS Support system and a DVS engineer will deal with your problem as soon as possible.  
     
  3. you can email dvsbackup@dvssupport.com giving as much detail of the problem as you can including your account user name, this email will be entered automatically in our Support system and will be dealt with by DVS support staff as soon as possible  
     
  Business Backup Users  
     
  Business Users should contact their reseller as an initial contact, if you are unable to resolve this issue with your reseller you have 4 support options.

  2. Using this support system submit a support ticket entering as much detail as you can, this will be entered in to the DVS Support system and a DVS engineer will deal with your problem as soon as possible.  
     
  3. you can email dvsbackup@dvssupport.com giving as much detail of the problem as you can including your account user name, this email will be entered automatically in our Support system and will be dealt with by DVS support staff as soon as possible  
     
  4. DVS Offer phone support between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday but require you to submit a support ticket with your contact details  and a support engineer will contact you, if you have a preferred time to be contacted please include this in the support ticket and we will do our best to contact you at this time.  
     
  DVS Resellers and Partners  
     
  If you are a Registered partner or Reseller with DVS we offer 3 options of support  
     
  1. Using this support system submit a support ticket entering as much detail as you can, this will be entered in to the DVS Support system and a DVS engineer will deal with your problem as soon as possible.  
     
  3. you can email dvsbackup@dvssupport.com giving as much detail of the problem as you can including your account user name, this email will be entered automatically in our Support system and will be dealt with by DVS support staff as soon as possible  
     
  4. DVS Offer 24 hour phone support but require you to submit a support ticket with your contact details  and a support engineer will contact you, if you have a preferred time to be contacted please include this in the support ticket and we will do our best to contact you at this time.
