Main or departmental account holders may open and allocate backup subscriptions to individual laptop users and administer the subscriptions.
The account holders are able to :-

Set the number of backup versions stored for each subscription to 30 , 60 or 90

Receive backup information for each subscription by email

Have access to the backup logs for each subscription

Use the magic folder facility to securely transfer information and data between subscriptions
If a laptop does not have access to the internet when a scheduled backup is due or it loses connectivity during a backup, it will continue that backup from the point of interruption as soon as connection to the internet is restored. Subscription users may also protect important data by placing it in the `Time Vault` facility where it will be backed up in real time, as changes are made.
